usually deals get declined when a person is really overcap. By completing this deal he will be close to 10M over cap. He is already at warning 2. So to prevent any further punishments, it is best to rework this deal imo.

yeah and we r working on it to get to the point where cap isn't an issue but I think somebody said regardless of cap decline and the don't give a reason just state a reason is all im sayin

In terms of the trade, i think it is fair

brown=Dubi
Foligno=perron+1st
matta= JJ

I have seen matta becoming the best player in this deal, so for risk purposes ill say equal

but i think stew will still be close to 5M overcap
