S2 Salary Cap With Warnings

CAP CEILING IS SET AT 73M
CAP FLOOR IS AT 50M

**OP will be updated for warnings and I will be bumping thread... keep an eye out on your cap**
Cap calculation comes from all members on NHL roster

For Over Cap Teams
Warning 1 - Friendly warning to get within the cap limits.
Warning 2 - Best player will be benched.
Warning 3 - Starting and best player goalie will be benched.
Warning 4+ - Top player from each position is benched.

**If at deadline playoff team acquires more cap via trades in an attempt to circumvent the salary cap rules to gain an advantage over other teams they will receive either punishment. Option 1) Starting goalie and best player will be benched for duration of playoffs. 2) If both goalies on a team are equal value then the top 2 players on that team will be benched for duration of penalty. If playoffs are split over 2 sims this penalty will carry forward. If cap is not corrected with a split post season sim then the next best player gets benched. To make everyone happy if you have previous warnings AND then do this. The penalties will get stronger which will be discussed between myself and simmer**

For Under Cap Teams
Warning 1 - Friendly warning to get within the cap limits.
Warning 2 - Lines will be auto'd.
Warning 3 - Top pick and lines will be auto'd.
Warning 4+ - 3 players of my choice will be benched
**If you are caught going under the cap by giving someone players for no cap in return then punishment will be discussed between myself and simmer**
