Well I'm on the fence about him having cap issues. He hasn't done his ups/downs and he has roster with 23 players. If he sends down any three players with a sum of 4 mil he easily solves his cap issue so it's not even an argument here. So decline.

i think its good,

phaneuf isnt very special, kman get good quality youngsters while ridding himself of a terrible contract. i looked at the 3 main defensive attributes on schmaltz and seen them as phenomenal which i'm sure kman also sees aswell

id say good too. The spect looks decent. He is giving up a nice shut down dman. Phaneuf is a huge cap hit as well.
